Application Process for Summa Academy
Thank you for your interest in Summa Academy. We are here to assist you throughout the application process. We are currently accepting applications for all grade levels (K-8) for the 2016-17 academic years.
Step 1: Apply online.
Step 2: Summa will contact you to schedule a student visit and family interview. Student visits are scheduled from 9am-1pm. Family interviews are scheduled on the same day from 12-1pm. The Academy Director and your student’s educator will be present at the interview to ask and answer questions, and to present the enrollment paperwork. You are welcome to bring whomever you wish to the family interview.
Step 3: Summa will contact you within three (3) business days with a decision. Acceptance is based on space availability, Summa’s perceived ability to meet your student’s needs, and balancing classes by age and gender.
Step 4: Once accepted, you have five (5) business days to complete and return your enrollment paperwork. Enrollment is secured when you send in the Enrollment Contract with a non-refundable $600 deposit (which is applied to your fall tuition). Once all necessary forms and fees are received, your enrollment is considered complete. If your enrollment paperwork is not received within five (5) business days, your application will become inactive and you must restart this process.
