Summa Location Map

Summa Academy campus is located at 2510 SW 1st Ave. We invite you all to come by and visit us. Located on Naito Parkway between the Hawthorne and Ross Island Bridge, our brown brick building offers wonderful proximity to downtown, accessibility from all quadrants of Portland and beautiful floor to ceiling windows.

Our families come from all over the Portland area and appreciate our easy-to-access location, private parking lot, and proximity to downtown.

Our building features beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, six classrooms, a conference room, a lunch room, art room, and plenty of creative indoor space for learning and exploring. Also on site are two natural playscapes, custom-created outdoor play areas which integrate both hearty physical play as well as enriching sensory activities that appeal to all our students. Our water is 100% lead free, for recent water test results see bottom of page.

Water Quality

With all that has been in the news recently about water quality in Portland school, we had our water re-tested in June of 2016. We used the First Alert water test kit and tested the water from faucets on both floors. Below are the results.

Even though our water is 100% safe, we keep several Koldkist water coolers on each floor with cool, clean spring water available for our students at all times. Students fill their water bottles from the Koldkist water coolers to stay hydrated throughout their school day.
